Strength and Fitness for Sport
and Physical Activity
This course
is designed to enable participants to design their own
fitness regime. It equips the participants with the
core concepts of programme design, exercise selection,
nutritional requirements to maximise outcomes in any
fitness orientated setting. This course aims to correct
misinterpretations regarding exercise and fitness and
to instil confidence regarding course design. This course
is suitable for all interested in fitness and body sculpting,
amateur volunteer coaches, parents of active children,
amateur fitness enthusiasts, and general athletes.
