This course is ideally structured for those who would like to extend their appreciation and understanding of literature in the English Language. It is, by definition, an ongoing course. Texts for study will include The Novel, Drama, including Shakespeare, Poetry and Short Stories. Students will be expected to purchase and read texts in their own time, as directed by the class tutor. The aim of these classes will be to enrich and expand our appreciation of great literature.
