This is a general art course for people wishing to develop their creative skills. It would be suitable for beginners or for people with an interest in Art and Design who may wish to progress to further study.

Course Content

• An introduction to drawing, painting and mixed media
• How to use a variety of materials and a range of techniques
• Study of line, tone, colour and texture
• Using pencil, charcoal, ink, paint and collage

Duration: 10 weeks 25th, 27th, 28th, Jan 2010 - April 2010

Sessions: Monday 2pm – 4pm, Wednesday 2pm – 4pm, Wednesday evenings 7pm – 9pm, Thursday 10am – 12pm.
